They didn’t turn up on the original booking day which I was understanding about and they were able to rebook for the next day. However the guy who did my car somehow managed to corrode the pain from my door handle, didn’t mention it and then when I noticed and contacted for support they told me it was already chipped before he touched it which wasn’t true. I’ve been very patient in waiting two days for a response and their response has been terrible and essentially accusing me of lying when their person has damaged my car. Do not recommend. Stay far away.

I went on the website to see what services were offered and decided on the SILVER wash. I went through the booking process, entering personal and car details. However, when I got to page 2 the lowest wash offered was the GOLD wash! Why can’t I book a silver wash? Is it because of my location? Not impressed!

Disappointing Experience – Far Below Expectations I was expecting a gleaming, spotless car after my service, but what I received was more in line with a basic car wash. In fact, I had to double-check whether the car had even been washed, as there were still visible stains and marks left on the vehicle. You'd expect a freshly cleaned car to come with that new car smell, but unfortunately, it didn't meet even the most basic expectations. Overall, the service fell far short of what I was hoping for.

Keep away guys. Well where to start!! Booked a gold valet and a soft top clean at a cost of 300.00. 2 guys came and started what I thought would be a great job as I was selling the car. 2 hours later we finished mate, so I went out side to check Well cigarettes still in ashtrays leather seats not done not even vacuumed still dirt in seams of seats. As for the outside car was not polished at all drip marks all over the car shuts not wiped boot Bonnet not wiped what a mess. And roof had no treatment done. And to top it all off the lovely man turn round to me when I complained your cars old mate !!!! So they sent another guy to redo work same thing they just don’t care about details and to top it all off softtop is now damaged AVOID bunch of cowboys

Hi Chris, We are sorry you still feel unhappy with the service you received, however, we did everything we possibly could to rectify any issues that were left after the initial service. Within 24 hours of the initial service, you had 2 different technicians to completely redo the service, and by the time they left, you were incredibly happy and gave them a significant tip. However, we didn't stop there. Both the first and second technicians noted that the age of the car meant that the reproofing solution we use (AUTOGLYM) would have no significant effect due to the overall wear and tear. Therefore after the service was completed and the reproofing solution was applied 2 times but with no significant impact, we decided that it would be fair to refund you for the entire soft top reproofing service. It is worth noting though, Wash Doctors will always endeavour to act politely and professionally to ensure we can rectify any issues that arise. However, both the technicians and the customer service team have reported the excessive verbal abuse they received while trying to resolve the issue. As a company, we absolutely do not accept this from our customers and have subsequently blocked your account from any further transactions. Regards, Wash Doctors

Initially all looked good, with exception that I was notified, while shopping, that the car washer will arrive earlier and I questioned this way of changing MY TIME to suit the guy that gets paid for the job. Going forward... Frank arrived and connected the extension cable. At this stage I showed him an outdoor water faucet, but he said that he "HAS HIS OWN, SOFT WATER IN THE VAN, AS STANDARD TAP WATER IS NOT GOOD". When he finished, car looked shiny and I even offered the man fiver as a tip. After that I went back, shopping, as my original trip was cut short and noticed, under stron sunshine, that the car (black), was absolutely covered in streaks - did not look smooth and that's when I also remembered that there was absolutely no residue of water on my drive, which felt strange. While loading the shopping, I discovered that seals have not been cleaned and big bit of cobwebs was hanging of the back tail and the floor was not vacuumed properly. In conclusion, when I phoned Frank, he told me that he did NOT wash the car, but used some sort of silicone, I am just guessing here and, in fairness, did offer to come back and do something - don't remember what exactly. This cost £57.00 and keeping in mind that all local "hand wash" places offer inside and out cleaning for about £15.00-20.00, depending on the vehicle size, this was a redicules money "burning" exercise - NEVER AGAIN!!!

This company clearly does not understand what Showroom condition means. In the chat, I said I wanted my Lexus 450h bought back to Showroom condition. I was advised to purchase their most expensive package, which I did. The results, I'm not happy with at all. When I contacted the company to complain, I was told I should have purchased a custom package.......what do most normal people think of when the term Showroom condition is mentioned? Needless to say I will not use this company again. You have been warned.....

I have unfortunately had recently suffered from a very poor experience with Wash Doctors. I booked a bronze valet for my Porsche Macan. I have used this company in the past and whilst we had an previous issue where some damage was done to my car with on a valet, they accepted responsibility after some back and forth email exchanges and paid towards the damage. I was therefore happy to try them again as the issue had been resolved and had used them over the past few months without issue. Whilst the last valet wash itself was of a good standard and the person who carried out the valet generally did a good job, they managed to jet-wash one of the metal badges on the side of the car off - which was a similar issue to the one that I experienced last time - surely some extra care should have been taken? Whilst I am not suggesting that this was done deliberately, the valet left the badge on the inside of the car and didn't mention to me that it had come off after he had finished with the car I did not initially notice that the badge had fallen off, I subsequently gave him a £5 tip after the first superficial inspection, at no point did he mention to me that the badge had come off and I was very disappointed that he let me give him a tip without disclosing this. What was even more disappointing was Wash Doctors response to the issue. When I contacted them to explain the situation, they completely 'washed' their hands of the problem, sent me their terms and conditions and tried to argue that the work was carried out via a third party and that they will take no responsibility for this persons actions. ***I would urge caution to anyone using this company as if there is any damage done to your car during a valet, Wash Doctors will try to absolve themselves from taking any responsibility. BEWARE!!!***

For what I paid (£175) the wash and clean wasn't any better than my local place where I pay £20. The area around the gearshift and dashboard was still grimy that I cleaned with a wet wipe. This isn't a bad review of the job itself, which was good, but the price I paid was extortionate. I wouldn't recommend wash doctors as the price you pay is so so much higher than your local car wash.

The car washers stayed 25min instead of the advertised 70-90min. The clean was very basic with many little spots missed. The rims have not been cleaned at all. Would not recommend under any circumstances. I paid £47 to get the car cleaned to the same standard for which I usually paid £9 at the local car cleaner

Alloy wheels sanded down and re painted. Four days later paint coming off. Told customs services, tech called and his attitude was aggressive when challenged. He kept saying I said they needed dipping and done correctly. Why do the job and a bad one at that when he knew it would be bad. Your website states, have your alloys looking like new. It was only kerb damage. Red brake callipers also have paint all over them. Don’t want that tech near my house again or to even call me. Want a refund for a really rubbish job performed.

I bought a car online which came to me in a disgusting state. The retailers told me to get a full valet from Wash Doctors and I would be recompensed. I paid £150 for a "Deep Clean" and ended up with a car covered in "Soul Glo". Vomit residue remains and the pieces of rice that were pointed out to the cleaner, are still there. A few days on, the interior doors are still dripping in polish.

Having had a no show on a previous occasion, this time the operator was running an hour outside the one hour window, so I assumed it was another no show. I couldn't find out what was happening ( emails, texts, calls, live chats). The operator, Arthur, did arrive but was booked for another job he did not want to be late for and so a 'Silver plus valet' was done in 40mins. Various parts of the interior were missed out. When I fed this back with photos, I was told someone would come round the next day to resolve it and was given a 1 hour time slot. As the one hour time slot expired, I was told it was the same person, Arthur, and he was running late again. When he did turn up he wasn't prepared to finish off the job as he claimed that I should have booked a gold valet if I wanted it cleaned properly. I only booked an £80 silver plus valet and Arthur argued it was apparently not enough to get the car valeted properly. When I said I had booked silver before and car was cleaned to a high standard, Arthur and his girlfriend started shouting at me in the street and then walked off. Arthur has a 5* review record and this where I have concerns about how the system operates. Turning up late twice (outside the 1 hour window) and not doing basic clean like vacuuming door pockets or wiping dashboard calls into question the 5* reviews, then arguing when asked to put it right, which would have taken 5mins makes the review record look inaccurate. Interestingly there is no way of leaving a review for the operator only Wash Doctors as a company.

1. Silver Valet booking (90-120 min) 2. Arrived 2 hours late 3. Completed the job in 45 min 4. Dirt and cobwebs left in the doors, dirt not touched in the hatchback. When asked to clean, replied that it would leave water on the "nicely buffed exterior" and tried to remediate with just wiping.

Arrived over 2 hours late. Missed cleaning various aspects of the car. Although bits that were cleaned were done well. Customer service have been useless when complaining! Won’t be using again.

Job was rushed all done in 10mins. Side mirrors were not clean properly stains not removed and spider webs. Hand wax was not performed as suggested in plan. Windows not cleaned properly I can see dirt near seal. Don’t think I would using this service again. Service was 1.5 hours late they called but this not convenient as I had to move my schedule to accommodate. Disappointing.
