“The car washers stayed 25min instead of the advertised 70-90min. The clean was very basic with many little spots missed. The rims have not been cleaned at all. Would not recommend under any circumstances. I paid £47 to get the car cleaned to the same standard for which I usually paid £9 at the local car cleaner”

“I booked the premium interior valet. I selected the highest rated valeter but was told the day before that he wasn't available and they would send someone else. The valeter turned up on time and was friendly. I had cleared out everything for the car including the glove box as I had presumed this was included. I was disappointed to find that it was still very dirty when I checked the car afterwards so maybe this wasn't included so please note if you think the glove box will be cleaned. The car interior was certainly cleaner than it had been, the seats in particular. The windows ( it states inside and out in the description) didn't seem to have been done though. At the end of the valet I was handed the boot tray and interior carpets that had been shampoo'd and now needed drying. I put them in my kitchen but the first thing I noticed was the muddy brown water dripping everywhere. Possibly this is because only the top side of the carpet had been shampoo'd but then any dust or dirt on the understand, which hadn't been cleaned was getting wet and dripping. I will need to do an extra bit of cleaning of the carpets before I put them back as well as cleaning the glove box. All in all it was OK but I expected a bit more from the most expensive interior valet service”

“Ace, our technician, certainly lived up to his name, My car was absolutely filthy, inside and out, after being on the drive for 18 months due to covid restrictions. it now looks “new”. I will, 100%, use this service again AND highly recommend Wash Doctors.”
