“the service overall was very good. I had to contact them to find out when the person washing the car was arriving because he had not contacted me and it was after the booked start time. I contacted the office and eventually he contacted me. Once he was here everything went smoothly. The car was well cleaned.”

“I booked Exterior Plus wash which clearly states hand wax, to be told this is not part of this package? Extremely disappointed that we are misled by this. Surely if it states Hand wax, you would think the car will be waxed and polished by hand? Extremely unhappy...but Dan was a good guy”

“1. Silver Valet booking (90-120 min) 2. Arrived 2 hours late 3. Completed the job in 45 min 4. Dirt and cobwebs left in the doors, dirt not touched in the hatchback. When asked to clean, replied that it would leave water on the "nicely buffed exterior" and tried to remediate with just wiping.”
