“In response to Wash Doctors' reply to my Wife review below (Toni Moss). this wash was for my car It's telling that your response completely sidesteps the main issue. You focus on "services not included," but conveniently ignore the fact that the service we paid £120 for was advertised as 2-2.5 hours, yet your technician left in under an hour. This lack of time spent is why the results were poor – bird droppings left, smudges missed, seats inadequately cleaned. These weren't requests for extra services; this was a failure to deliver the basic requirements of the "Gold" package itself within the time we paid for. Had the valeter simply spent the allotted time, the job would likely have been satisfactory. Your claim to "truly take pride in the quality of our work" rings hollow when faced with evidence of poor workmanship and a refusal to acknowledge the fundamental failure – the lack of time and care invested. You know you're at fault but clearly don't care. Regarding the bumper/stone chips: I accept chip removal wasn't included. My point, which you also ignored, was that the valeter seemingly didn't clean the bumper at all, using the chips as an excuse. That's not acceptable; it's a cop-out. You haven't addressed the core complaints, cherry-picked a minor point to deflect, and your £20 offer remains insulting. I feel completely ripped off and scammed by this company. “Bayram kept me informed about his arrival time and was very helpful when he arrived even though it was difficult to park. He got on with the job without fuss and was very thorough. The car looked fantastic inside and out with the silver valet. I'd thoroughly recomemnd him and will be using him again.”

“My recent "Gold Valet" from Wash Doctor was a complete disappointment and felt like a blatant misrepresentation of their service. Advertised as a 2-2.5 hour valet, the technician was gone in under an hour, leaving behind shockingly poor results. Bird droppings remained on the roof, and a significant smudge marred the bonnet – both of which I was able to rectify myself with minimal effort after he left. The interior leather seats were also inadequately cleaned, requiring my own 20 minutes of work to remove the stains. Despite paying a premium price of £120, the service received was comparable to a basic £25 car wash. Wash Doctor's response was to suggest an additional machine polish for the remaining bird dropping marks (not included in the "Gold" package) and dismiss stone chip removal entirely. Their offer of a mere £20 discount on a future booking is an insult. This company failed to deliver on their promises and refused to acknowledge the inadequacy of their service even when presented with evidence. Save your money and avoid their premium offerings – you'll get a better result elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. Wash Doctor is a joke.”

“Very disappointed, inside door jams not touched . I get better value at my local car wash for £ 15-00 . Poor show ! The annoying thing is I had said to several colleagues about your service and now having seen my car they will not bother having their car cleaned by your company.”

“I was nervous about using this service. Was it a scam and had I paid a lot of money for nothing with fake reviews? So glad to say it wasn’t. Keon arrived early and did a fabulous job on an absolutely filthy and disgusting car. He was lovely, so positive and helpful. He said he would make my car look like new, which I found hard to believe, but he did. Really recommended.”
