“Pictures delivered really quickly. Unfortunately there was an issue with the courier where they only left one parcel instead of two. I contacted Wallfillers by phone, to be told that all after sales queries had to be emailed. Emailed as instructed but didn't receive a reply. I then found an alternative email address and they replied very quickly. My 2nd parcel had been tracked down and returned to the depot. Wallfillers arranged next day delivery to get it back out to me. Would have been 5 out of 5 if wallfillers had replied to my original email.”

“I have bought several canvases from Wallfillers and generally I am never disappointed. On only one occassion did I not like the canvas and, true to their word, they accepted a return without any issues! A lot of other companies could learn some serious customer care lessons from Walfillers!”
