“A masterpiece is pushing it but the 2 pictures we bought fulfill their purpose - a splash of spring colour to see us through the winter. The website images were accurate and delivery was prompt. We'll maybe look to put e few more up.”

“Very pleased with the result in our stair well. The picture arrived quickly and was well packaged. I inadvertently ordered a picture originally which was too big for the space (my fault) and was able to return it. Hopefully my promised refund will arrive in the next day or so.”

“Don't believe that £35 to deliver a parcel weighing 2.84 kg is fair. Parcel was manifested at 28.4 kg,possible mistake??”

Hi Thank you for your review, Paul. You didn't pay £35 to deliver a parcel of that weight. You paid £35 because your postcode is in the Highlands. Furthermore, this was an oversized item; the weight on the label is how couriers calculate weights by dimensions, the size of the box being 159 x 12 x 104 cm. Since most couriers do not accept parcels over 100cm and very few 120cm, we use specialist couriers, and we subsidise the actual and true cost. In all honesty, a FRAGILE Parcel of this Size delivered SAFELY and intact to the Highlands within two working days for £35 is very good.

“If I’m honest I wouldn’t rate it much at all. The only reason for the 2 stars is the visual looks as it did online but, it looks cheap although it wasn’t! The frames are twisted so a nightmare to hang without it popping off the wall! I reckon I could have went to homebargains or something and got better for at least £100 less!! Not impressed one bit. Definitely not value for money. I doubt I’ll be back unless something changes”
