“Ordered five canvas for my wall but one of them wasn’t sufficiently finished. I had to tape a weight to it to get it to have the correct spacing. Otherwise very happy. Order arrived swiftly after ordered and I’m happy with how it looks.”

We're a little disappointed that you did not take the opportunity to contact us direct regarding the issue with your canvas panel, we would have been happy to have this panel replaced, or the set returned for a replacement or refund. We are sorry for your disappointment. however having looked into this, there is no log or record of a call; furthermore, had you called to advise you did not like your item, you are well within our timeline for returns. You would have been advised to put your return request in writing, and you would have received your returns reference by return mail. We have no communication from you in writing at all. We pride ourselves on customer service, and this goes very much against how we work, we are sorry you feel let down, please do contact us by mail, and we will be happy to supply you with the return details.
