“I have used Walart a few times now. The options are great, pricing easy to understand and ordering very simple. On this occasion the prints were delivered within a few days, wrapped well and look lovely on the wall.”

“Our picture was delayed but unfortunately this was not communicated to me resulting in me contacting Wallart-Direct to find out when we could expect it. We had a very prompt response from Steven and although the picture was delayed longer than anticipated and the delivery kept shifting, when I contacted Steven I always got an almost immediate response from him which served to reassure me that the picture would eventually be delivered. We even received a part refund due to the inconvenience and a discount for a future purchase. Despite the delay and the shifting delivery date each time I emailed I would rate the customer service that I received from Steven as very good and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Walmart-Direct or use them again. I would suggest to Walmart-Direct that it would be useful to warn customers that there will be a delay when it is clear that the expected delivery date will not be met to put minds at rest that the order has not been lost or missed.”
