I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with WallArtDirect. I placed an order for a mirror (Order #12909-WAD), and despite multiple assurances regarding its dispatch, it has not been delivered nor have I received satisfactory updates on its status. On January 31st, I inquired about the estimated time of arrival of my order, and I was told it would be dispatched by Monday. Not seeing any progress by February 4th, I contacted them again, only to receive another vague promise of dispatch "by tomorrow." This pattern of delayed responses and lack of definitive information is not only frustrating but also unacceptable for any customer expecting a straightforward online shopping experience. The lack of proactive communication and failure to meet their own delivery commitments reflects poorly on WallArtDirect's customer service. As a customer, I was left in the dark, having to constantly reach out for updates with no concrete information being provided. This experience has seriously undermined my trust in WallArtDirect, and I am compelled to advise potential customers to consider other more reliable options. I expect a prompt resolution to my current order and hope that WallArtDirect will take immediate steps to improve their communication and delivery processes.

Delivery took almost a full month. Two-thirds of the order was missing, and what was delivered was very damaged. The quality is also genuinely terrible.

Ordered a canvas print and got delivered with a thin layer of bubble wrap and when opened the print was badly dented. Contacted sales and sent pictures they said it was an error with there delivery company and would be sorted. 2nd print sent and guess what exactly the same as the 1st poor packaging and dented.

Ordered two prints £200 on 2nd September, been in touch with Steve on numerous occasions who assured me they would be with by 22nd September, now its 1st October, I tried emailing, not responding, tried calling no one picks up the phone, not too sure they they are in business any more!!

I still have not received my order, due on 12th July. Despite emails i have had no reply from your company. I therefore wish to cancel my order and request a refund as soon as possible. I am very disappointef.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, HAD DAMAGED ITEM WHICH TOOK AGES TO SORT OUT. WHEN REPLACEMENT ARRIVED BOX BADLY DAMAGED AGAIN BUT CANVAS OK. WHEN I TRIED TO GET YOU TO COLLECT DAMAGED ITEM I HAD TO SEND HALF A DOZEN EMAILS BEFORE I GOT A RESPONSE AND THEN TO BE TOLD TO DISPOSE OF THE ITEM MYSELF! THIS WAS A BIG CANVAS WHICH YOU SHOULD HAVE COLLECTED FOR DISPOSAL NOT LEFT FOR ME TO DO. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER UNLIKELY TO USE YOU AGAIN ALTHOUGH I NEED MORE WALL ART.

Three weeks in and picture still hasn’t been delivered and tracking doesn’t work. Received an email two days ago to say it had just been posted but still no sign of it so pretty poor really!

The order I placed with Wallart was seriously let down by the delivery. The picture purchased was good quality and well framed, but the delivery was terrible. The delivery didn't come to our house, instead it was left (in the rain) in an alleyway at another house. It was only by chance that we found it. We did contact the delivery company (DX Delivery) who simply responded by saying contact the seller! Not helpful at all. Given this response we took it upon ourselves to look for the picture at other houses and fortunately found it. In the circumstances, although the artwork was very good, we cannot recommend Wallart whilst they use this delivery company.

Send me out a dirty canvas with a smudge mark on the front and dirt down the side. Offered a refund then stopped responding beware. STILL AWAITING A REPLY TO MY EMAILS IF SOMEONE COULD RESPOND. Pictures of faulty goods were attached and shown to the company within the hour of arrival.

Order took almost a week to arrive; delivered to the wrong house and, packaging and picture damaged beyond repair. Couldn't face sending it back using their abysmal courier so just won't use Wallart-Direct ever again.

Cheap and cheerful. What looked good on the website didn't translate in the flesh. I spent over £100 on 3 pics with cheap frames that took an age to get to the courier. I feel duped and embarrassed.

I cannot review this item as I have not received it. It hadn’t even been dispatched after 2 weeks. I keep getting told it’s out for courier the day I message but no. Courier has still not received my order. I am going to request refund tomorrow
