“I requested a canvas to be delivered, it came very promptly, unfortunately there had been a slight problem at print and the picture was slightly darker than advertised. I raised this issue with the customer service team and they almost immediately apologised and requested a new canvas be sent. Spectacular customer service, from time to times things will go wrong but to apologise and correct these mistakes immediately is a credit to the business.”

“"the reality of the wall chart has always been a true reflection of the screen shot used in your catalogue. AND the grandchildren absolutely love the end result in the room. we sent you a picture last time of how we had used them. the only comment we would make this time is that the unicorn arrived WITHOUT a facing sheet onto which we could press so we had to peel the unicorn off the backing first to get it on the wall. it is still a success though thank you"”
