“I ordered my picture back in August and still haven’t received it. I have contacted them numerous times and all I get is oh the delivery man didn’t turn up, called again yes it will be delivered on Tuesday 8th September..... still waiting .... called again and they don’t answer. Wish I read the reviews before using this place. All I can say is DON’T USE THEM ... I now have to fight to get my money back. CG Watford”

“A bit disaapointed, thought it would be glass in the frame but instead was like thick polypropolene. It was also greased on the print.”

“Ordered a selection of prints as website stated would be shipped within 24 hours. 3 weeks later still waiting. Spoke to customer service who said they’d call back and didn’t. Emailed twice and finally got a response and was told they guaranteed delivery by end of week. End of week passed and still waiting. Feeling pretty fed up and certainly won’t be ordering from this company again - if I ever get the prints.”

“Arrived a day earlier than stated so was not at home to take it in. The canvas is as described and very nice. Unfortunately the frame has no hanging mechanism and nothing could be found for hanging it within the packaging. Other than that, good value for money.”

“Arrived today 12 days after ordering, pictures are very nice (not stretched fully) Delivery company (DX) were in our experience rubbish. Ps the hanging kit is not worth the money.”
