Terrible product, that I wouldn't hang in my garage, let alone on my landing. Couldn't contact Wallchart Direct for a replacement or refund.

Acrylic prints look amazing up on the wall. Delivery was a bit late with damage to packaging but thankfully not broken

Awful experience… Between shocking customer service, horrendous delivery service and then to top it off the canvas was an inch shorter than measurements in product description. They have promised to call me but haven’t yet! Avoid.

Ref Order #1872-WAD Hi I ordered this product (Buddha Wall Art) and received notification that it had been accepted at 9.14am on Tuesday, 31st May. It is now 17.39 on Tuesday, 7th June and I have not received my order. As a result of this, I cannot rate the service highly at all. I hope to receive the product soon as I believe delivery dates of between 1 and 3 days are quoted. Martin Davies

Extremely disappointed Took delivery of my huge A0 print today to find the frame is damaged. Wall-Arts return policy says I am responsible for paying for the courier return. That's gonna cost me! Furthermore, I have 14 days to get the item back. It was purchased on the 26th May and today is the Monday 6th June. Most of that time period has elapsed and I've no chance of returning it until the weekend as I'm working. I appreciate mistakes happen but I feel I'm in a no win situation through no fault of my own.

Item arrived, securely packaged. Not only is the print of excellent quality, but all the hanging cord was securely in place. Putting the picture up was, consequently, very easy and quick. The only outstanding issue is which print to choose next! Sincere thanks.

The artwork is absolutely perfect. Shame about the frames being gold and not Silver as was ordered, which Wallart emphatically assist are actually Silver. The response to the query was Blunt, Rude and inconsiderate.

I originally got an extra large print and wasn’t happy with the quality. Wall art were prompt to reply, and sent out an excellent replacement quality product within 24 hours. Excellent customer service, personable and efficient. Thank you!
