Ordered 3 framed prints with silver frames. Only one arrived with the silver frame. Also the mitred joints on the large frame were all split open. Wouldnt

The site is easy to navigate and my order arrived within about 1-2 weeks. The quality of the package was quite poor and the overall quality of the print was very bad. The image was very pixelated, and the edge of the canvas had a piece of another print.

Your products are OK - tho your Banksy girl with the pearl earring in your large size is out of focus! Two orders - your delivery people are useless. Delivery 1 rang doorbell left huge box across front door - just went. No checking to see if I was in box in full of street. Delivery 2 just left box this time at the side of door but still in full view of street - just walked off. I have a ring video doorbell so I can see EXACTLY what they did! It’s on my computer!! Not impressed tbh. You are only as good as your delivery people.

Disappointed with the quality of the print and also the way the corners have been finished off - they are quite lumpy and look amateurish. No hanger included either.

Still not received my order. I ordered an acrylic backed skyline image and instead received a print of the same image in a tube. I contacted your customer service dept to ask why I received the wrong order and was told that the acrylic cutting machine was broken and I will now have to wait 2 weeks for my order. Generally disappointing experience, despite the redeeming quality of the helpful customer service team. Lorraine in particular. I have been told I can keep the print that I wrongly received but I have no use for it and therefore don't see this as a mitigating measure. I await my order and hope it is correct this time.

I had to chase for a month to have the order delivered - at least 3 times I was promised the order by a specific date and it failed to show. Once it did arrive, there were 2 wall stickers; one worked well and looks great, the other was stuck fast to the backing and I had to remove it piece-by-piece. After a month or 2, parts of it have started to peel off. I fed this back to the business who told me that it was too late, having been (just) over 3 months since my order. I pointed out that it was less than 3 months since it finally arrived but, a week later, have had no response.

Poor quality print Also the glass & print are the wrong size for the frame. The top of the print falls out the frame. No response from my email to wallart. Very dissatisfied with the quality of the print, the quality of the frame and the customer service. On a positive it was well wrapped to prevent damage during delivery..

A week after my order, it is still being processed. I cannot therefore form an opinion. It would be helpful if you could give customers an estimated delivery date on receipt of order.

For me, unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with The communication elements of this company. Previously, I have purchased a gift for a friend via a online purchasing platform which was not their website. When I placed my most previous order, directly from the wall art website , their systems had mixed up the names and addressed correspondence to me from my previous orders recipients details. I contacted the company to address this matter, they did not return my call as promised, and offered no solution. It was clearly a mixup within their internal systems. It makes me question how they hold and safeguard their customers information. The item we ordered was satisfactory, the artwork was mounted well, however the frame had a unsatisfactory finish to the corner joint section. - not wanting to have the hassle of returning the item we were able to rectify it ourselves. it is unlikely that I will recommend or use this company again.

I ordered a framed print, but then asked to change the size from A3 to A4. I never received any communication from Wallart. The actual print was well packaged, but the border card is too large and clips too much of the picture itself... Also never seen a refund for the reduced size of print!.... No response to my emails either

Picture was larger than stated when ordering so I couldn’t put it in intended place. Picture definition quality lower than prints I’ve ordered elsewhere. Unlikely to order from you again.

We bought an extra large cavas. Dissapointed. It is very pixalised. Just a scale up of a smaller image. Quite loose on the framework. Will have to do till something good turns up. Sorry to post a poor review but there you go.

Extremely pleased with how quickly my order was processed and sent out to me. Product was packaged securely. Im disappointed though with the quality. The canvas is very thin and it moves on the frame. Its almost as though it hasnt been stretched out enough. It just feels cheaply made. Ive got other large canvases and none of them have this issue. Needed the picture quickly though so I wont be returning but not worth the money.

A bit disaapointed, thought it would be glass in the frame but instead was like thick polypropolene. It was also greased on the print.

Canvas arrived promptly, but the frame construction is poor and has a bad warp in the frame so the bottom corner stands several inches off the wall.

Unfortunately very disappointed. I bought a wall art tree mural and the description said it was Matt and it was gloss. Also the vinyl was not very sticky, so I can’t see it lasting very long. I would have given a 1 but I like the design of the tree. Will be asking for money back.
