Ordered a panoramic acrylic picture with a metal standoff, only to be told they don't supply that any more and now use metal clips. I emailed them back to cancel the order. No reply from them even after two further e mails. Credit card has been charged and I'm now told it's being shipped. I'm sure I'll have to battle it out in the courts so beware future buyers they'll take your money even after you cancel the order.

Order not dispatched - says 1-2 days but has been a week and no updates. No response to chat, email or phone customer support.

First order, everything went as it should of. I was so pleased so I placed another order. Delivery was sent and I'd missed it, so I'd rearranged delivery for the following Monday, only x1 pictures turned up missing x3 pictures. Finally after speaking to someone at wallart they confirmed x4 pictures where sent providing a photo showing x2 boxes, however this picture was from the first failed delivery from outside my apartment block which I explained if they spoke to delivery company the second successful delivery would show x1 box outside my apartment door. After sending this to them in am email I still have received no call or email back, I've now tried to call them over a dozen times and I'm not sure what more I can doo!!! Keilturner123@gmail.com

I ordered a larger framed print and when it arrived the image was badly stretched. I contacted the sales team who were very slow to communicate and unhelpful when they did, suggesting I order a smaller image…. No apology or solution to the disappointing picture I’d been sent. I really would not recommend using this company. Please read the returns policy, you are expected to pay postage.

I think this operation is run by a China-based platform looking at the replies . . . It seems that the feedback ranges from 1 star to 5 . . which is an anomaly and are probably written by crowd-paid script writers - dime a dozen in China having worked there on quality-control. Think I will steer clear of this company

the image on the poster was so distorted I had to throw it away despite appearing fine on the proof image online when I ordered.

I ordered a framed print that cost £131 when it finally arrived (after numerous emails) I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was wrapped. When I took it out of the box i was frightened to lift it as it was so flimsy when I took a closer look at the frame it was gapping . I also noticed the print had a fold in the middle. I have attached pics on numerous emails to wall art direct asking for a refund/replacement/money off however havent received a reply it's now been 3 weeks. I have never been let down like this before with any company.

I never received the item I ordered although Wall Art took the money for it. They have done nothing to resolve the problem, neither offered a refund nor replacement. I have contacted them many times by email but they have not responded. I have also tried to phone them but the number they provide doesn’t ring out. Based on this experience I think they are incompetent and indifferent to their customers. I would never use them again. There are several trustworthy and reliable businesses offering a similar service and they do it much better. Businesses that fail their customers ultimately fail themselves.

The item ordered was never received. I had confirmation that Evri had the item and then they returned them to you for an unexplained reason. All attempts to contact your customer services via telephone, live chat and messaging were all unanswered. I have now applied for a refund. I certainly would not recommend your company.

I recently moved address and when ordering my phone auto-filled my old address for delivery and I didn't see as the billing address was correct. I've emailed 3 times and tried live chat twice with no response, the phone number goes nowhere and the delivery company won't change it independently. I've now had an email from Evri saying it will be delivered in the next few days, normally waiting over a week for a vague date would be annoying, now I'm just hoping it gives me time to actually get a response! If you have any issues their is no customer service at all, avoid.

Be very careful when ordering from this company. They take your money immediately and send an acknowledgement. Ordered on 6th October and nothing arrived despite trying to get hold of them, phone sounds like a mobile switched off and won't answer e mails. Currently £250 down and no sign of my order

I ordered two FRamed Prints 11 days ago and still have not received them. The tracking information is useless and says sent to the carrier and not changed. I have tried calling the sales number on the site and no response and tried the chat line no response !!

appalling service I order 2 pieces of art over a week ago tracking number they does not exist and there phone number also does not exist no reply to e mails truelly appalled by them avoid this company at any price

I paid for two framed prints and received only one. It has been impossible to contact Wallart, the phone number does not work and there is no response to emails. As a result I have been unable to get a refund for the print I never received
