“Size of the product was not as advertised. I ordered an A2 size print to fit into an A2 frame that I had purchased but the size of the print was 1cm too wide and I had to cut it down. The size of the print was not the correct dimensions for A2.”

“Slightly disappointed. The colour of the jellyfish are more pink than purple and a large white boarder will need to be trimmed off, I have a very unsteady hand so hopefully the frame will cover my wobbly cutting. It arrived well packaged and quickly.”

“Excellent communications with this seller unfortunately my art was cracked through transit I called wall art direct and spoke to Nicola who was so helpful and sent a refund to my account which I got the following day. “From order to delivery was brilliant. Kept informed of delivery status. Unfortunately when my picture arrived it was damaged . I rang to inform wall-art and after sending pictures of damage they quickly refunded my money. I will be ordering from them again without hesitation.”
