“Definitely 5 stars service & product! I have ordered a medium size quote wall sticker. It came well packed and with instruction. Unfortunately I was not able to apply it on the wall correctly despite following the instruction. All in all my sticker got totally ruined. I was really upset, as it appeared to be of a perfect size, colour and quality. The team at Wallart-Direct can't be any more amazing, helpful and the most of all understanding. They acted immediately offering me a full refund. I however opted for a new sticker and received it two or three days later. Wallart-Direct covered also the postage. I simply can't imagine better customer service! Thank you very much! To anyone reading this comment - I can highly recommend the service and the product!”
