Awful experience… Between shocking customer service, horrendous delivery service and then to top it off the canvas was an inch shorter than measurements in product description. They have promised to call me but haven’t yet! Avoid.

Ref Order #1872-WAD Hi I ordered this product (Buddha Wall Art) and received notification that it had been accepted at 9.14am on Tuesday, 31st May. It is now 17.39 on Tuesday, 7th June and I have not received my order. As a result of this, I cannot rate the service highly at all. I hope to receive the product soon as I believe delivery dates of between 1 and 3 days are quoted. Martin Davies

Extremely disappointed Took delivery of my huge A0 print today to find the frame is damaged. Wall-Arts return policy says I am responsible for paying for the courier return. That's gonna cost me! Furthermore, I have 14 days to get the item back. It was purchased on the 26th May and today is the Monday 6th June. Most of that time period has elapsed and I've no chance of returning it until the weekend as I'm working. I appreciate mistakes happen but I feel I'm in a no win situation through no fault of my own.

Received requests to review the company before I have even received my order. I have contacted them through their website. They say they reply within 24 hours - not true. I have tried to telephone them today 3 times, each time the phone cuts off after just a few rings. What's going on? Have had zero contact from them since they confirmed the order. Absolutely shocking experience.

I have ordered a canvas on the 31 st of December and I haven’t received any email confirmation about dispatch, delivery anything I have try to call but is disconnected, I have emailed but nobody reply, I have try the life chat but being ignored! Definitely not recommend this company!

I bought a glass wall art from Wall Art Direct UK. Had a whole host of issues with the delivery but forgetting about that, I installed it on Sunday 29th August and the glass panel fell off the wall on Saturday 11th September. My girlfriend and I returned home after shopping and there was glass all over the room and hallway. The double-sided tape they were using to hold the glass with the steel bracket (this was preinstalled by the manufacturer) failed in shear resulting in the glass panel falling off causing damage to my walls that have only recently been painted and smashing the lamp plug that was switched on in the socket under the wall art. There are a few scratches to the tiles too but luckily no breakages. We're all very lucky that no one was hurt. There is a sofa bed right underneath it and up until the week prior, my sister was sleeping on it. It's traumatic for us to think what would have happened if the wall art failed while she was sleeping underneath it. I can't fathom why such poor quality double-sided tape fixing has been used on a product that has extremely very high-risk severity. It's been months and I've sent them several emails and tried calling them multiple times and I'm just being ignored and yet to recieve a refund or apology. Horrible service and more importantly a dangerous product. If I had more time I would drag these through the courts. Please save yourself the time, hassle and danger of buying from WallArt-Direct.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the ppor level of service. I ordered a print but heard nothing back regarding dispatch/delivery. I contacted customer services and was given a date so I took a day off work but my parcel failed to arrive. After numerous calls and emails with a variety of excuses I was given a new delivery date and again it failed to materialise. This happened for a third time and now I have lost my faith in your company and expect to receive my money back.

Ordered Tue 12/10/21. Nothing received with regards to delivery, I e-mailed to find out how long and was told the print would be delivered on Fri 15/10/21 between 8am and 6pm so waited in all day and no delivery turned up, I e-mailed and got an response Mon 18/10/21 with an apology stating due to staff shortages they had had problems and was assured the canvas would be made today and shipped at 4pm for delivery the following. Tue 19/10/21 sitting in waiting for delivery 8am - 6pm and at 4pm I get an e-mail from the courier saying the package is being delivered on Wed 20/10/21. So 2 full days wasted and a 3rd day to wait on delivery. The courier did deliver on Wed just after 8am and the print although not damaged does have glue all over the frame that is still wet and very top of the print. Very shoddy operation and will not use this company again.

I purchase a printed canvas but underestimated the size having received it. I went back to ask if I returned it and brought a larger size, (more expensive item) if they would honour the return postage. I received a very blunt reply to say No. I would understand if I was not looking to spend additional with them, Hence I shall sell online an order elsewhere. Thanks Wall Art for your customer service.

Not what I expected but I should’ve realised you get what you pay for... Whatever the material used to print the design on is pulled over a wooden structure (which was bent) and stapled isn’t tight so from the side it looks floppy. Will not be buying from this company again!

Very disappointing, the frame is warped and doesn’t sit flat on the wall & the canvas isn’t stretched tight and sits loose. For the cost i’d Have expected Hanging fixtures and better quality. Won’t buy again.

Weekend before last spent nearly £300 on mainly 20" square, antique silver wooden framed classic artwork, comprising of Hukusai, Van Gogh, Klimt, Macke, Matisse and Banksy. Upon arrival two of the frames were damaged, and one of the mounts had rips on them. However, all the frames are quite flimsy, and not as good quality as we were expecting. Also, as most of the frames we ordered were square, the Klimt Kiss picture and the Banksy anti-capitalism picture look odder than we thought as being fattended/stretched. We've called a couple of times, with no answer, and we've emailed a couple of times, with no answer. It's been nearly a week since the arrival, so we would have expected an acknowledgement by WallArt Direct by now. We've asked for 2 new frames, and 1 mount, and neither have they been sent to us in the post. If we don't hear from them in the next 24 hours, we've asked for them to collect the whole order at their cost, and reimburse us the whole order cost (including postage).

Ordered and paid for A3 print and frame. Received A4 print and frame just to be told by the customer services that i received the correct size (I send images of the art with measuring tape next to it) they proceeded to ignore me... Lovely...

Order was placed on 23rd November. Website says to allow 3-5 days for dispatch. It is now 15th December. Emails enquiries are ignored. I have called twice and the sales assistant is not able to provide a dispatch date.

What a waste of time this company is. Bad service, No contact and lie to you if you ever get them on the phone. Do not use this company, they take your money then don't give a dam about you or your order.

The print was not what I had seen on the website the size was wrong as was the quality. I have contacted but have had no response just an email asking me to review my order. Wouldn’t purchase again sadly. Disappointed
