“Order process was fine. Painting delivered without damage - amply bubble wrapped. We would have liked an estimated date and time of arrival and a suggested ETA on the day. We had an email at 8.40am saying that it would be delivered between 8am and 6pm, but it could have arrived between 8am and 8.40am so the email was a bit late. I had previously phoned Customer Services about our commitments and access to our house. Lauren was very helpful. The courier who delivered the painting was very polite.”

“Love the picture we chose, reproduction very clear and excellent quality, colours as expected, size as expected, delivery very good. One thing which might be a problem for some people, is that the 'canvas', which is plasticised but good quality, is not completely taut, so that there is a slight looseness (folds) which reflects the light when one looks at picture from certain angles. This doesn't bother us as its position does not catch the light.”
