“Very straight forward and mindful of animals' needs over just charging too much etc. My only criticism is that I can't pay annually instead of month to month. - Rather, I couldn't see a way of doing payment annually. Is this correct or is annual payment not something you do? Also, can I request a paper copy of the plan and contract be sent to my address? I like to keep physical records not just electronic ones.”

Hi Jenifer, unfortunately we do not accept annual payment. This is so that if you do decide to cancel your policy for whatever reason you will not have to pay a cancellation fee and you have only paid for the months which your policy was active for. If your last payment was made within 14 days of you cancelling the policy we would also refund that months payment. We are a paperless company and unfortunately would not be able to post your policy documents out. However if you wish you can print these out yourself, we have emailed you a copy of these and they are also available via your online account. Hi Craig, unfortunately your pets medical history states that he suffered from the same condition prior to your policy with Waggel. This would therefore be classed as a pre-existing condition and it is outlined in your policy wording that we be unable to cover this. If you are able to get written confirmation from your vet to confirm that these incidents are not linked then we will be more than happy to cover. Kind regards, Mareia
