“I liked the straightforward, transparent approach, the ability to buy an amount of cover I thought appropriate or to suit my budget was good and I especially liked the way they will continue to cover my pet into a subsequent year rather than declaring it a then pre-existing condition as most insurers do. Not absolutely the cheapest to be fair but it's not exactly like-for-like comparison in most instances.”

Hi There, I'm really sorry to hear about all your troubles. The policy you recently received is just for you to inspect the new policy before it renews. When it does renew you will then get a completed version with all your pet's details. As for the other issues. “I have unfortunately had to claim quite soon after joining with waggel as my puppy was very poorly. They have been absolutely brilliant! Don’t hesitate to join, they’re quick at responding. I was going to change my claim to pay more a month but have less excess but the lady was really helpful and explained as I’d already claimed I wouldn’t be able to claim for that if I changed my insurance. Definitely sign up, they’re great! One tip, pay a bit more a month to have less excess as it’s worth it.”

“We were bogged down in pet insurance quotes, promised this that and the other. Then we came across Waggel and it seemed that there was light at the end of the tunnel. What was different? Plain language and all seemed so personal. Too good to be true? We hope not.
