“I want to take a moment to leave a review for the amazing Waggel employee, Mercedes, who was really quick to deal with our request for a pre-approval of a claim, for our little puppy Ginger after he got into an accident. It has been a really emotional 24 hours and the stress of having to deal with vet bills and claim approvals was not helping, especially after we were told that a CT scan will be required. When contacting Waggel 16 hours after the incident happened, Mercedes managed to get a pre-approval for the claim only within a couple of hours. It has really taken a weight of our shoulders, so that we can completely focus on Ginger's recovery. We chose Waggel, after a lot of researching and were not disappointed. Thank you again.”

“I have just set this up and it was the easiest thing I have done for ages. No complicated stuff and definitely NO hidden small print as there was with my ex pet insurance which had gone from £20 per month to £27 (shocking) for a 3-year-old dog who has never needed a vet ...well except to get his boy bits removed. Better price better service, no hidden costs, great. I hope I never have to use it but for peace of mind and having done my research I think this is the best pet insurance I have found. My other dog is now 17.5 years old and has only needed a vet once in his life and amazes my vet when he has checkups once a year so fingers crossed for little Jack who is 3 and has kept me sane during home shielding. Well done Waggel we needed you.”

“Very impressed with your company profile. My only concern, and maybe you may want to review this, is your “standard clause” about not covering any claims for the first 14 days. While this is understandable and probably desirable to stop fraudulent claims, your competitors (Bought By Many) waive this clause on condition that there is no gap between insurance. I have decided not to go with Bought By Many as it’s hopefully a lifetime commitment to a lifetime policy and I want to choose my dogs cover carefully but, I would rather be without risk for 14 days. Maybe, when taking new (puppy) clients who have had breeders 5 week cover you could try and match Bought By Many for dogs less than 3 months.”
