“Our dog had to have a spinal surgery 5 weeks ago. I must admit I was a bit worried as we only switched to Waggle only a few months ago, and being a new company, I was not sure how quickly they would process the claim. They have been really good and we got reimbursed promptly. Their website may require a bit of work, as it is not intuitive, but the easier way to get in touch is to use the chat box, and if needed a representative will call you. During my dealings, I have to spoken to 4 different customer representatives and they have all been excellent. I will definitely be staying with Waggle and recommend them to friends.”

“Just seen the t.v advert for Waggel 'pet' insurance, so I went to try and get my birds covered. No surprise that when they state 'pet' , what they actually mean is cat or dog ONLY! I wish companies would be clearer, because you can't insure my pets and yet your advert just told me you could!”

“We have only recently joined Waggle but so far we have been very impressed. The policies were easy to understand and well laid out. I didn’t leave the website feeling confused or worried that I was going to be caught by something in the future, as I did with some other companies. We received a lovely Christmas box which was the cherry on the top. The Christmas penguin from the box has become our puppy’s favorite toy. I love the fact that I have access to call for advice if needed. Going to the vet is expensive and it is reassuring to know I can make a call first and get professional advice on the next steps.”
