“I’ve had a fantastic experience so far; Tarren, my case handler, and anyone I’ve ever been in contact with over the chat has been exemplar. Having the emotional trauma of my dog Misty being rushed to the emergency out of hours vet, and having to undergo various treatments and ultimately an operation; the service I have received from Waggel has far exceeded my expectations. I would have one bit of constructive criticism: if a claim is taking a while to settle, a courtesy email would be great just to keep the owner up to date. Or perhaps an email at the start to say ‘Claims may take up to XYZ weeks to settle’ Overall, very impressed and will gladly recommend to others”

“So far so good very easy to sign up to the insurance. Website great to navigate too and taking out the daunting experience of insurance which I have been putting off for about 2 months. What's not to like so far although only just joined so if I had to make a claim the proof will be in the pudding I expect. Years ago I had two other dogs and would only pay out for one of them despite me having no previous illness with the other one. Going to recommend you to friends as I have others that want their dog insured but bamboozled with pet insurance.”
