“Waggel are one of those companies that when you come across them you’re like ‘ah perfect, I’ve finally found the insurance company I know I’ll be with for good, I can tick that box for now’. An they haven’t let me down since. Very straight forward and simple service, online chat (always a bonus), decent price, extra benefits and all round friendly folks. “Great and quick service. One point of feedback to suggest though. I am not sure of you use template emails for every case or perhaps this was just a mistake, but on dealing with my claim, my vet thought that my pet had died as you had requested proof of death (which he had not). This was a bit of a shock to them, so perhaps a suggestion to differentiate the wording requests to the vets per case. Everything was so quick and easy to claim though. Great service!”

The email wording was a recently changed mistake on our part, we've rectified the issue now so it makes more sense to the vet and causes less panic!
