“Always super easy to claim - it takes the stress of endless paperwork!”

“They are like most other insurers, they will look for any technicality so that the don't have to settle in your favour. For example Our vet noticed the dog had a misaligned tooth when being spade. The vet advised the date for the Op to be later because of the anaesthetic. Because this was more than 3 three months after they noticed it. (by a couple of days) Waggle declined the claim. It seems Waggle are not interested in the advice of the vet.”

“Initial impressions are very good. Really easy to use website and fast to obtain quote. Can tailor cover/payment at touch of a button. Easy to understand terms and no apparent small print - seems transparent. Two cats insured for less than the price of just one cat's renewal premium I had been quoted. And cover that includes dental with smaller excess to pay! Let's hope if I do have to make a claim it's as easy and straightforward. But so far, I'm impressed with this new honest and upfront approach to pet insurance.”

“Sadly I made the mistake of signing up- a month later I’m still being pestered with emails to sign up and they’re offering me 2 months free if I do. (Noreply email address of course!) Should have done this to start with , going to cancel my pet insurance and go elsewhere. Such a shame because it’s a nice concept.”

“Beware, pet owners, that Waggel is the same as the other companies. They are about profit. Don't pay any pre-existing conditions. Dont get into the trap of subscribing for them, waste of money and time. Stuck with your existing insurer, even if Waggel offers a better deal. Don't fall in "love" with Waggel publicity.”
