Thank you. I have submitted another claim for the 10/09/21 and the 11/10/21 but couldn’t figure out how to put both dates so hopefully the person dealing with the claim will understand that the total is for both dates.

Slow start but now seems to be going in the right direction. Few errors sorted and time delay but all pre authorised. Thank you for your assistance. Teddy will go to surgery on the 29th of November at 8am

Fab, our little girl had an agreement skin condition and the quick and easy process through Waggel meant one less thing to worry about!

Good but could be better. An app would be better and nobody to talk to after 6pm is poor. Liked the chat service. The main thing is that the vets dont want to deal with u for direct claims which meant having to pay over £2000 upfront and go through the worry of getting it back while we have bills to pay for. Quite a long wait for claims to be processed although happy with the outcome eventually.

So refreshing to have a professional, friendly and personal service from a pet insurers. No hidden costs and a really quick claims process. Friendly and helpful staff who always ask first and foremost how your pet is which is lovely - thoroughly recommend including those looking for rescue dog cover :) We have 5 huskies having lost one earlier this year and one is with Waggel but the rest will be switching when current insurance runs out - fantastic service

Not happy at all. No liver issue with my dog in 12 years and no previous history or claim, £160 offered to cover a £669.81 bill I have already paid for removal of my dogs ingrowing eyelash with blood test, medication and a scan on the abdomen prior to the anaesthetic due to concern by vet of the pain medication given days before causing an inflammation issue. Absolute scam stating fictitious separate case to try to reduce payment as stating £250 excess now for each case, will be moving insurers

I believe your Claim Champion has been in contact with you and explained that we are more than happy to cover the full invoice, however the invoice which we receive from your vet is split for two different conditions. We have covered the eye condition, but we just need you to open another claim so that we are able to process the treatment for weight loss. waggle is the best pet insurance company they settled the the account no quibbles the customer service second to none sympathetic and caring when my dog died sending a sympathy card impregenated with seeds so it can be planted in her memory such a nice touch. I would use Waggles again when I get another dog and have already recommended waggles to my friends.

So far I have not had a good experience with waggle your website is not easy to use when you put in a claim it doesn't even recognise the simplest of things and then you say it will take longer because your system can't recognise the injuries or illnesses the pet may have. You have generalized the form so it makes it easier for you to opt out of having to pay.

We then contact the vet directly, who confirm which treatment is being claimed for and the amount and we process the claim accordingly. Totally disappointed I pay out a monthly contribution and as soon as there's a problem I have to pay an additional £250 I will be looking for a new insurance company so disappointed as I did this was a respectable company

Hi Michael, I’m sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your claim contribution, however this is something which was selected by yourself when the policy was arranged. Our customers have the option of selecting their own claim contribution to suit their needs and this can be anything from £0 to £250. As you opted to contribute a higher amount, this has resulted in your monthly premiums being lower than average. The claim contribution is paid per condition, rather than per claim. This means that if you were to claim for the same condition again, you would not need to pay anything.
