This issue was bounced around Microsoft without anyone, taking serious responsibility and never seemed to progress beyond tier 1

My Colleague Dan robinson has been corresponding on this ticket but I was chased multiple times for a response. The communication from what seems to be between Microsoft and Vuzion must've been missed somewhere along the line

This case has not been resolved. Finance have not done anything since ticket VUZ-41711-D8K1G4 was raised. Infinigate-Cloud response SLA has been breached. There are still incorrect renewal dates, start dates for a former client IIM of mine, who have paid all subscriptions. The contract renewal date on the system was the 13th June, 2023. We explictly turned off auto-renewal, several months ago and tried to cancel the subscription a couple of weeks before the renewal date too. The system would not allow us to cancel. The support told us that we had to wait until after the renewal date to cancel. This was wrong of them. Now the start date of the subscription has been reset to 2nd June 2023. This has not been authorized, and an explanation and apology is now required. Please call +443306600369 as soon as possible. I am unable to get through to support on the phone, as no one is picking up or responding to voicemail. Ashoka Reddy, MD wokati Technologies Limited.
