This took almost a day and a half to get an answer back from Microsoft as to how to resolve this. This was an issue with a main number for a customer so they were without this for that long. I wouldn't have expected it to take that long.

I needed both support and action, and I got both from Michael and Josh. The upgrade e-mails were long and confusing, some links weren't active, and when I tried to watch an embedded video it ran in a tiny screen, wouldn't enlarge or play on YouTube, and couldn't be found on Cobweb's YouTube listing. More problems for the upgrade than than the support team, though. Gordon McMillan

Very pleased with the support. Prompt help is vital for me as I am deaf and rely on e-mail to run my business. I am of an age where IT is difficult to keep up with. Detailed step by step help is invaluable.
