“We needed to move over to a new cloud platform quite quickly for our Sophos requirements and I have been very happy with the whole process from start to finish. Ravi & Valerie's introductory/On-boarding calls were excellent, covered everything that we needed to and also any questions or actions that had to be taken after the calls were dealt with very quickly. Edgar has also been extremely helpful and ensured our Sophos transition to the Infinigate portal has gone smoothly. Very professional team and I'm glad we decided to move to the Infinigate Platform.”

“When I had the issue, Logged a ticket with your support team, Within minutes Matt called me and invited Mohammed to see and understand the issue. Mohammed promised that he will check this up in the back end and get back to me. Again within the hour, I had a call from Mohammed, Connected to me by using the Teams, Took me over with the process and helped to complete the order. I am very very happy with the service from Infinigate especially the way things explained by Mohammed. Have a nice long weekend Team.”
