“We had a issue with our Microsoft Partner Center where we couldn't see our customers, i logged a support ticket with Microsoft but was not getting anywhere, i spoke to our BMD Lloyd Scott about this issue and he reassured me that he could resolve this for me, he engaged Brandon Ridgewell who confidently resolved this issue for me over a 10 min teams call, i just want to say how impressed i was with the level of service from the both of them and the level of knowledge Brandon showed around Microsoft Partner Center, thanks to the both of them me and my team are now able to provide quicker response to our clients using the customer view on Microsoft Partner Center.”

“Initially it was a general response and didn't reflect my specifics from my previous email. However, the team sent various subsequent emails and replied in a timely manner,. I understand there have been some teething issues with a new ticketing system”
