“Great support - my main account manager is Darren Roberts. Darren has been very supportive of our business growth and our development as a CSP partner. He has ensured that we have had access to CSP support materials / events and has also introduced us to other Vusion partners and on occasions new business opportunities. Darren is also very supportive of our end clients and also involves Craig Gordon when necessary - both enhance the strength of our business propositions. We are very happy with Vusion, however sometimes support is not as responsive as I'd like. I suspect however that you are very busy. If possible I would like a facility to log an enquiry so that issues can be logged and tracked.”

“Evan was unable to explain the reason that office 365 and the cobweb portal does not show the same license count. I felt some aggression in his voice and it wasn't a pleasant experience.”

“The initial response to my query took too long but when Alex Hazeldine got involved he helped to speed things along very quickly and Brandon Ridgwell was very efficient too. But I can't rate the initial response as good because no one got back to me, I had to chase after a week. Once it got started, the response time was great. thank you.”
