Thanks, that did help, but a URL/link would have helped better, as following your instructions put me here: https://partner.microsoft.com/en-GB/ which has no 'Customer' option. I needed to be here https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/v2/home it seems. Sorted now :)

From start to finish, the support provided on this ticket, and the urgency for a serious issue was appalling. I know the ticket gets handed off to "Microsoft" support so this is more so feedback to the support that was provided by Convergence or whomever else was involved. It is not the first time a serious problem impacting on critical production has taken weeks to resolve and severely hamper the customers day to day activities. Payroll files were involved this time, and despite our request for urgency it took 2 weeks to resolve the problem which is unacceptable. I told support from my first email what the problem was and it took them this amount of time to discover this themselves and then whitelist the URL's (which I asked for from my very first email). So, quite a disaster to be honest and I will be looking elsewhere for support on any issues as best I can, this will be a very last resort to ask this support team for assistance.

Infinigate provide useful resources regularly (but more importantly not TOO regularly) that are useful or useful to keep in mind. Regular meetings with Val (our account manager) last as long as needed and don't feel forced. As a business we've learned about important updates such as Microsoft's transition to NCE through people like Val and the Infinigate team which actually prompted us to leave our old provider, who had not made us aware of the changes at all or how it would impact us. Great working with Infinigate; never feels like a chore.
