I emailed into Support. Stephen Conlon responded saying he couldn't see my query being an issue. After I called him to explain to him I'm not a licencing expert, just the Billing Administrator he spoke me through the steps, but I had to be assertive in saying to him that I'm not clued up on MSPP (the MS Portal). He then happily lead me through it and explained a few things I asked about. Great Service! Just remember most of us don't know what we're doing... that's why we Raise a Ticket. :)

Whilst the Vuzion team are very polite and understanding, the processes are poor. My ticket referred to an enquiry about a license. I was told that support wouldn't know what license I need, and that I need to speak to my account manager. After several days of going back and forward between our account manager and support (being told one moment that the license is wrong and then when I get the right license that the license also required a base license) I was finally told that we could in fact actually acquire the license ourselves without delegation. We just needed to get the base license first! We should have been told this in the first place, rather than being sent on a wild goose chase to find the right information.

Jay Wilson is an absolute credit to your organisation. I have never experienced an Account Manager that is so pro-active in terms of keeping us informed with the latest updates. Jay has a good understanding of the needs of our business, which makes the relationship a very positive one. On the rare occasion that we have needed to reach out to support, Jay has been able to step in and manage the transaction for us, minimising operational issues and allowing us to carry on servicing our customers.
