“It is obviously very disappointing that the Resource Group couldn't be restored, but that is no reflection on the quality of support I received. This was my mistake and it wouldn't do to "shoot the messenger". I found both Infinigate and the Microsoft support people professional and pleasant to deal with and I have no complaints.”
