As a Vuzion Partner of just over 24 months, we have found them to be an extremely valuable resource in growing our Office 365 tenancies and providing support for complex migrations, whether to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online or the Azure Cloud. In particular the technical skills and knowledge of Oliver Moazzezi never fail to impress with Adam Harper providing a very competent backup. Oliver was especially impressive during a recent engagement to deploy Exchange Hybrid as part of an Office 365 migration for a 1300 seat customer. Ian Hill is both personable and knowledgeable, which makes him a great Account Manager with no request being too small. He is the perfect interface between the different resources at Vuzion and we know that Ian will facilitate any request and ensure we get the best possible outcome. Thanks Vuzion.

I have found Vuzion to be an incredibly value resource. I have worked closely with Chris Hoard to transition iSalon from a traditional on premise company to a fully cloud installation, fully utilizing the power of Office365. I would have no hesitation in recommending Vuzion.

Chased 3 times. Both issues unresolved. Issue 1: Cobweb unable to advise. Issue 2: Cobweb unable to advise. Had to contact account manager to escalate.

All the staff at Vuzion are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Chris Hoard seems to know everything about Microsoft, he is a fountain of invaluable information and answers. Darren Roberts and Craig Gordon have also been great in coaching us to maximise our potential as a Microsoft CSP.

You have provided me with a workaround fix. No mention of a permanent fix. Quite evidentally, even if you're not to blame, it is a problem on your end. I have been given a registry edit as the only way to fix this, however it was explained that it is at our own risk and that yourselves will take no blame if things go wrong. If something negative does happen, I don't believe that we should be blamed - it is a fix distributed by yourselves (the only fix), however as the only fix it is something we may NEED to implement to have users working as needed. Is this going to effect all our shared customers? Is there going to be a permanent fix? The person I spoke to on the telephone roughly 20 minutes ago was helpful, so I am very thankful to him. Other than that, I feel the service was poor. Have a naggy feeling that this is going to effect several clients and we would have had no knowledge on the problem.
