Hi there - great service - but the underlying issue we periodically experience is a bit annoying: that the service we connect to goes down and we are not informed and have to raise it to you. As this is customer impacting it is not good for us But have a nice lock down! Cheers

Always had great support from both technical and sales side, and have regular contact with team memebers. Cameron does a great job of keeping us up to date and making sure we get the help we need.

After engaging with MS Support directly and not getting the required support, I reached out to Vuzion support where Alan was able to work through the issue with me and resolve the issue. Many thanks for this, as I had spent 2 days engaged with MS Support and got nowhere.

Thanks to Oliver for his prompt response on this ticket. Some of what he suggested helped point me in the right direction. The issue was on the SonicWall. Thanks again to Vuzion support.
