“We were struggling quite a lot with RDS licensing and Matt Raven came in to save the day as he always does! He scheduled multiple calls with different engineers until we had the answers we needed. “We needed to move over to a new cloud platform quite quickly for our Sophos requirements and I have been very happy with the whole process from start to finish. Ravi & Valerie's introductory/On-boarding calls were excellent, covered everything that we needed to and also any questions or actions that had to be taken after the calls were dealt with very quickly. Edgar has also been extremely helpful and ensured our Sophos transition to the Infinigate portal has gone smoothly.
