I needed both support and action, and I got both from Michael and Josh. The upgrade e-mails were long and confusing, some links weren't active, and when I tried to watch an embedded video it ran in a tiny screen, wouldn't enlarge or play on YouTube, and couldn't be found on Cobweb's YouTube listing. More problems for the upgrade than than the support team, though. Gordon McMillan

Very pleased with the support. Prompt help is vital for me as I am deaf and rely on e-mail to run my business. I am of an age where IT is difficult to keep up with. Detailed step by step help is invaluable.

48 hours passed before my ticket was actioned and a ticket logged with MS. MS support simply sent me artucles to follow, which I'd already read. I resolved the issue myself with help from a colleagues in Typetec.
