“Outstanding service and quality. Easy and straightforward ordering system and our joiner found expert answers to his questions on fitting from customer service. Goods delivered quickly and faultless. All components fit beautifully and work effortlessly. We would certainly recommend and our joiner says he will also use Vufold for future customers. Thanks for making it renovation project so easy!”

“Excellent service and product, love it x thank you x Hard copy instructions should have been included, created some problems when we tried to install the doors with the wrong instructions loaded from the internet, I e instructions 70 instead of 73 Excellent product and service though xxx”

“The doors are excellent quality and look great. Clear, easy to follow instructions. Delivery was on the day stated at time of order with updates from delivery company as to the status of the package's drop off time. Outstanding customer service, all queries answered within an hour during office opening times. I would definitely recommend Vufold doors and would also buy from them again.”

“Incredible quality. Look beautiful. Our builder was so impressed by them he asked where we had bought them from and how much. When we told him he said they were incredible value for money. We love them, and the flexibility of hpw you can have your doors is great. We are still working on the house so not the finished article but the photo shows them installed.”

“Excellent doors good value and a lovely finish. Reasonably complicated to put together and we had some bits missing on delivery but this was sorted very quickly.”

“I was surprised we had to pay everything upfront. Usually it’s a deposit and the rest when you’re satisfied. The gaps around the internal window couldn’t really be filled so out decorator willdo that. Also confusion around what we thought we’d ordered from showroom versus what we actually got. It looks nice and the lead time was longer than we thought. The installation guys were very good and professional.”

You initially looked at the curtain walling in our showroom which is more suited for external use, however as you were looking for a window for internal use we suggested a more suitable product, which is what you received and was also discussed during the survey. We apologise for the 1 week delay on the custom glass however we are glad you are happy with the installation and most of all that the end result looks nice. Kind regards

“We were treated very patiently and helpfully as we visited the showroom several times to decide on which doors we really needed. The ordering and delivery process was easy. Great value for money. The doors look great and we know they'll be draught proof in Winter. Thanks David and team.”
