“I was surprised we had to pay everything upfront. Usually it’s a deposit and the rest when you’re satisfied. The gaps around the internal window couldn’t really be filled so out decorator willdo that. Also confusion around what we thought we’d ordered from showroom versus what we actually got. It looks nice and the lead time was longer than we thought. The installation guys were very good and professional.”

Thank you for your review. You initially looked at the curtain walling in our showroom which is more suited for external use, however as you were looking for a window for internal use we suggested a more suitable product, which is what you received and was also discussed during the survey. We apologise for the 1 week delay on the custom glass however we are glad you are happy with the installation and most of all that the end result looks nice. Kind regards

“We were treated very patiently and helpfully as we visited the showroom several times to decide on which doors we really needed. The ordering and delivery process was easy. Great value for money. The doors look great and we know they'll be draught proof in Winter. Thanks David and team.”

“I was a bit surprised at the price of the doors. But when the doors arrived,where unpacked and fitted you can see the excellent quality of the doors. Very pleased with my purchase. I have already recommended the doors to a friend as he too was very impressed.”

“My questions were answered promptly by an online chat and the delivery was really fast from ordering. The doors have been fitted and they are beautiful! The carpenters who fitted them both commented on how good quality they are. Would highly recommend!”

“Hav'nt yet fitted them but have just coated them with varnish. the quality is very good and delevery spot on.I had one problem tho after checking the parts list there was two doors seals amiss but after a sort phone call the parts came first class post. so far 10 out of 10 will recomend deff.”

“Ordered bifold doors for new extension. With so many companies offering similar product, this decision was mainly on price I ended up ordering the wrong doors, but rectifying this was not a hassle Doors arrived on time and are great - solid construction and nice finish Would not hesitate to recommend”
