“Ordered some paint for the doors. The goods were received in a damaged condition but Vufold responded quickly and resolved the situation to my complete satisfaction. Very impressed and will order again after my experience and they professional way they handled the situation.”

Vufold have tried to contact you to discuss this further, because we should have offered you a replacement tin or a refund. “Disappointing service though product is good. Just after delivery I got a call stating the fixings pack was probably the wrong one and had got mixed up with someone else's order. A courier was sent and another box delivered to me. I am doing a self build house and receive literally dozens of deliveries and can not check the contents in detail with all of them. I went to fit the door after several months and found parts missing from the fixing pack. Despite the previous mix up Vufold said I had just 3 days to check and identify problems so insisted I pay for the replacements, which I needed in order to finish the installation. I realise the timescale was long but with the initial mix up, relatively lowish value I thought they would accept the replacement like the numerous other companies I have dealt with during my build who acknowledge that deliveries cant always be checked for every nut and screw, and who trust and respect their customers. Very disappointed and would go to competitor if I needed another door.”

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologise again for the initial mix up in your delivery. Each pack is clearly labelled to try and prevent such occurrences, however sometimes mistakes are made. Vufold request that all deliveries are checked within 72 hours, we do offer some flexibility on these timescales however after 6 – 7 months as is the case here it becomes very difficult to ascertain if parts were not delivered or have actually been lost or damaged on site. Checking the items within 72 hours removes any doubt.

“Exceptional service. We placed an order and then changed our minds overnight about the doors we wanted, the help we received to get the order amended was first class and hassle-free. Doors were delivered on time by an extremely helpful delivery driver and colleague.”

“I have recently purchased the inspire 3 door set. The set came complete doors,frame & all the necessary hardware even a couple of drill bits to drill the holes in timber & brickwork. I must say my dealings with Vufold has been excellent all round, Best regards Mr H.Barrett”

“We are only too pleased to review our bifolding door. It is of very good quality and the service from Vufold was excellent and helpful from the start, right through to delivery. Our carpenter fitted it fairly easily and it looks as good as the product promised on line. If we have one small minus, its that the doors need finishing, such as with varnish. We would have preferred the option to have had this done at source. That aside, we are extremely pleased.”

“I was a bit nervous ordering such a big item online. The product looks exactly as per the website photo. Great service and good quality door! I paid for the express delivery and received our folding door within the specified timeframe. Costumer service were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend Vufold! Our fitter was also impressed by the quality and price.”

“The doors arrived as expected but instead of the two person delivery team it was only the driver that did the delivery, which meant I was second person. The driver was reasonably helpful but was feeling tired by the time we had offloaded the doors & frame. It would have been more helpful if it had been made clearer in the instructions that depending on whether the doors were to be set as either right or left hand opening made a difference which way up they had to be fitted. The packaging was marked 'this way up' but that was only for a left hand fitting. Unfortunately I required a right hand fitting which meant turning them upside down. I was also not left with a delivery note as the driver only had his copy which I had to sign and which he kept.”

Thank you for your feedback. Vufold offer a 2 man home delivery service however if we have a 1 man route available enabling a quicker delivery, we will offer this as an option via text message for you to accept or decline. We will review our instructions regarding the labelling and rotating of the doors to see if we can make it clearer. Our delivery company do not leave copies of delivery notes.
