“We purchased the unfinished bifold doors, was impressed by the engineering of the doors. A nice touch was the hardware was boxed and each piece in its own named slots . The Installation Instructions was good, it took us 6 days to do 2 undercoats with Sikkens Cetol HLS Plus and then 2 Top Coats with Sikkens filter 7 Plus. If you have time to prepare the unfinished doors it's a good buy. 5 Stars given.”

“Visited the showroom to view products and blown away by the quality. Originally going for finished oak, ended up unfinished oak. Real good quality and lovely finish. Replacing 2 x upvc patio doors wooded bifold. External doors used as internal and took the option of the inside sill. Excellent choice. Great delivery in a few days.”

“Very prompt delivery within the three days as promised, helpful and friendly drivers with good communication of arrival time. Installed by my local window fitter who was also impressed by the quality, and ease of installation due to the pre installation of most items and factory set up.”

“We have had a flawless delivery, on time, no parts missing, good communication with the transport company about the place of delivery. You need to take good notice of the installation instructions and maybe make the best choice between the printed instructions and the video on YouTube. There are a few minor differences, but both ways lead to Rome. We had ordered two sets of wooden bifold doors and we have installed one a day by ourselves. (2 man job) We are really chuffed with the result and would buy again without hesitation.”

“Excellent service and quality. Really quick and efficient delivery even though I am the other end of the country. Chippy who installed commented on how well made the bifolds were ! Only thing to be aware of, important to flag up any damage or faults within 72 hours, difficult if being fitted a week later. No problems with mine thankfully !”

Yes, we do request that items are checked within 72 hours of receipt, and thank you for highlighting this. Although we have various stages of quality checks before items are dispatched from our warehouse, accidents can happen in transit. We ask for items to be checked for any missing or damaged parts and reported within 72 hours to make the resolution a quicker and easier process for our customers. We do not want to cause any delays to an installation should there be an issue preventing the completion.
