“So happy with your doors my builder found them easy to fit and they look wounderful . Have just had a second lot delivered for my interior can’t wait till they get fitted . Fantastic and value for money. Thanks miss Ephraim ( mim) x ps this is my first lot of doors well put a pic on of second lot when they get fitted 👍”

“Excellent product, but poor communication and updates regarding delivery. Was also not delivered on the day agreed, even after I double checked it with the Office. Still waiting for a reason as to why we waisted a days holiday on the delivery date with no one letting us know they were not coming.”

We are pleased to hear you are happy with your Vufold doors however our pre-delivery communication should have been better. The error occurred because of a breakdown in communication between ourselves and our delivery company. This should not have happened and we are sorry that we did not keep you updated. This has been addressed internally to eliminate future errors.

“Good customer service. Love the 3 door oak bifold doors. Instructions were a little lacking which led to having to take the frame out again to put in a bigger piece of timber across the bottom to accommodate the hinges. Also, do not understand why there is only one bolt supplied on the twin door but two on the single door. Overall very pleased with the end result.”

“Fantastic quality product, you get what you pay for! Really nice people to deal with and the doors were delivered when they said they would be. Vufold were there to help me even when I'd made the installation mistake! Excellent and come highly recommended.”
