“The Vufold company and it's associated product (i.e., the door!) were both very good. The product arrived well packed and complete. The company offers an interest free credit product which is an excellent service and very easy to apply for within it's ordering process. The only thing to be aware of, is that if selecting the interest free option (why wouldn't you?), the delivery dates are extended by another two weeks, as the VuFold will wait for the two week cooling off period to expire before proceeding with the order. This is not unreasonable, however at no point was this made absolutely clear with associated obvious warnings and unfortunately meant that we had a builder on site and no door to install! Avoid the above delivery pitfall and this is an excellent company and product.”

“Great quality doors that glide brilliantly. Very pleased. Had a faulty handle but was replaced by vufold without a problem so customer service is excellent. Instructions are easy to follow. Would of given it 5 star service but delivery was a real pain with the wrong doors being given to the delivery company which delayed the delivery date and meant I had someone waste 3.5 hours waiting in for them but was sorted for the next day.”

“Great product. Beautifully manufactured. There was an important piece missing which delayed completion, and hinge screws were not the best quality. With the vast selection of screw heads i have in my tool box i could not find one to fit the screws correctly, so ended up using a different brand. Steve Rolfe. Carpenter.”

“Service was very good and delivery when promised and very prompt. Everything was very well wrapped and the instructions were clear. There was a bit missing - the brush seal and we had no thoughts of the need for it to be fitted by an accredited fitter to get the Fencer certificate. It was so easy to fit that our chippy did it and was impressed with how well made it was. We now have a problem in that we do not have the appropriate certificate though. Also it is a little concerning that the runner mechanism is exposed to the outside, rather than being protected on the inside but looks much better from the inside as a result. All in all good value.”

“Room divider arrived on time within the delivery slot. The quality of the product seems very good. The fitting instructions could be easier to follow, but some of the problem may be down to a misplaced label indicating which side the bi-fold doors hang. The builders had already fitted the frame so they had to remove it and and turn the bottom track the other way round. With hindsight a good inspection of the frame before it was fitted would have shown the misalignment of the tracking. We are very pleased with the end result.”

“I am very impressed with hardwood bi-fold doors that you supplied. All the fittings and the doors themselves are very high quality and they look fantastic on my new room on the roof! They also represent excellent value for money. I thought Vufold's staff were very helpful and the only issue I would have is with the delivery - the doors were not collected from Vufold for best part of a week, even though they in stock and, although the delivery company did allow me to pick them up from Milton Keynes, I feel this could have been avoided. However, I don't really have any complaints and am very happy with the doors. Thanks! Paola Farino”

“Delivery was handled well with good prior communication. Instructions were on the whole good but could do with being revamped as certain areas were a bit vague and misleading also with a little bit of attention to small hardware details a good product could be made even better”

“We only just have our doors fitted (Finesse 8ft Internal Bifold Doors, oak finish) so in time I might happily change my rating to very good. The company were very helpful and efficient with our order and the doors themselves seem very well made and solid, working smoothly and looking really good. The only issue we had was with delivery which was a day outside the maximum of 10 working days which their delivery company email said clearly was only to be expected in 'remote areas' which we definitely are not ; with a bank holiday and two weekends we ended up waiting two and a half weeks (the one-off faster delivery charge was way outside our budget). This level of delivery service doesn't seem to match with the general Vufold offer. It would also be good to have an option of finished oak as treating them is by no means straightforward.”

“I can say a couple of things did go wrong as part of an initial delivery mix up ( the delivery company would and then would not deliver to a ferry terminal ), the vufold staff however did everything they could to correct the situation and were very helpful .”

“when i called to say that there were parts missing the girl on the phone responded as well as any good company and shipped out the missing 5 point door lock which arrived next day. well done”
