“The after sales service was excellent. Needed advice on refurbishing the bifold doors as I had used the wrong protective coating. The advice and guidance I was given I followed and I was pleased with the outcome.”

“I purchased a set of the 2090mm wide Delux bifold doors before lockdown, which arrived promptly with the ordering process very simple. The work to my house finally got underway at the beginning of last month, with the doors being fitted a couple of weeks ago. My joiner has commented that the doors were simple to put together and install and also commented on the quality of the doors and ironmongory. My wife and I are very happy with the finish and quality of the doors and so much so, we have just ordered another set of 1790mm wide doors, to replace our existing patio doors. They are currently on order with an expected delivery date of 24th August, so I’m looking forward to having these installed to finish off my alterations.”

“The service from purchase to delivery was exceptional and only took a few day’s. Installation was carried out by my carpenter as my diy skills are now at an end. My carpenter was very impressed with the product quality and stated that he would be advising on the product to customers of his in the future. The doors look great ,may purchase blinds in the future.”

“I was very happy with the service offered which was prompt and efficient However when I was initially informed of the delivery in a 3 hour slot I was also told that the delivery team would let me know when they were about 30 minutes away This did not happen and when they were asked about this the reply given was that they were not told to do this by you It was a bit of a shock when the front door bell rang at 7:25 in the morning However the delivery term were very courteous I am also a bit unhappy that even though I purchased the doors when they were “on a summer sale” I have noticed that the cost of the doors are still the same now even though I purchased them two days before your sale was supposed to end so I have not actually made any saving on the cost”

“So pleased for start to finish, from ordering and how helpful and knowledgable staff are. We asked for our delivery to be rushed if possible and they did even though we ordered late in the day. The quality of the doors is amazing, our builder who fitted them was so impressed he wants them for his home. So happy, thank you”

“I bought two sets of Finesse 2.4m trackless doors. They came promptly as promised. The delivery men brought them in and put them down where required. Unpacked they had all the parts necessary and the machining certainly made assembly a lot easier. Being trackless I did expect some movement on opening. They really need an extra bolt when opening the single door. They came immediately after ordering but the price was ridulous so reducing the 5 rating I would otherwise have given.”

“Over the last few years we've fitted quite a few of your door sets,the last two in an annex set in the garden of a large house,we had a problem with a faulty latch,called up and spoke to customer services and within 24 hours had a replacement, can't thank you enough, brilliant.”

“Super service from start to finish. David was very helpful with my email enquiries before I committed to buying and another member of staff was very polite and informative on how I should treat the doors. By request, wood samples were send out. Really professional, doors of very high quality and competitively priced!! Carpenter was very impressed and had no problems fitting doors even with it being his first time. I would highly recommend purchasing.”
