“An incorrect item was delivered to start with, then TNT the delivery service was terrible, 5 attempts, and then the product arrived damaged.”

Thank you for your comments relating to your recent purchase of a tin of oak finish. The correct item should have been sent to you and we are sorry this did not happen, a replacement tin of oak finish was dispatched the next working day however nobody was at the address provided to take delivery. With smaller individual items only, for speed we use a courier such as TNT. The item should not have arrived damaged, apologies this has happened and a Vufold representative will be contacting you shortly to arrange for a new tin of oak finish to be sent out to you.

“Our 14ft doors look fantastic. It took our builder a day and a half to install them. These were the first Vufold doors he had fitted and he found the weight of the triple glazed doors hard to manage. My tip - find a builder who has fitted them before. Our builder has learnt loads from fitting our doors and future customers will benefit from his experience in fitting our doors.”

“I live locally to your showroom and received excellent information and attention. I am registered disabled and struggled a little with stairs to the showroom. The 4.8meter set was delivered within five days and were fitted in one day. They work easily and look great.”

“First Class. Key to my initial decision to purchase my 7' Oak Bi-folding doors was the on line Video. My doors look / operate & glide as shown on the video. It took approximately 5 hours to hang the doors. all instructions and components clearly itemised and labelled. Top quality parts. I fitted an RSJ across the opening (Extended the width of opening). I don't anticipate any issues due to the quality of parts supplied. Steve Howard CoDurham”

“Advice prior to ordering and despatch was very good and the delivery slot was as promised. Our builder had never fitted an Inspire room divider before but found it relatively straightforward. We are pleased with the overall product, which meets our requirements fully, except for the fact that one door surface has a completely different (wavy) wood grain and colour to the others. This became more apparent when varnish was applied and as it is on the side which faces into the room, it is very visible. It's a pity that on a relatively expensive item, a bit more care wasn't given to matching the doors.”

“Ordering was simple online and delivery soon after. Checked for missing parts and damage as advised within 72 hours and all ok being very well packed. The doors are being installed soon. Overall so far very pleased with the quality and service.”

“Chose the door to go between lounge and conservatory with the internal cill. Easy to assemble with clear instructions. Only criticism would be the mix of torx and crosshead screws for the hinges and door furniture.”

“The doors were the best value I could source online and bought two sets of the standard doors, 6ft and 8ft. Delivery was on time and no hassles. Although no answer by phone this was immediately followed by a call back and polite and helpful. Delivery was accurate and on time. The doors have been fiited to an external garage conversion and are looking great after being given 3 coats of stain prior to fitting by my joiner who thought they were good value too. Would recommend the doors and company to others.”

“Doors ordered, details were sent when dispatched and a delivery time organised by the courier. Delivery was on time with a call made prior to delivery so I didn't have to wait indoors all day. All in all an excellent service”

“We read other peoples reviews and this is what gave us confidence to buy. From the service on the phone, packaging and quaility of the product, faultless! I have installed it myself with out the need to pay for fitting, with only a very good DIY knowledge. Would absolutely recommend, in fact we have all ready to two of our friends. Very happy customer!”
