“Visited the vufold stand at the nec home builders exhibition earlier this year. Staff were friendly and helpful. Follow up information was supplied quickly and questions were answered straight away. The ordering process was easy and the door arrived on time. My builder said the installation instructions weren't a great deal of help though. I am delighted with the door, it looks fantastic and I will be ordering a single door for elsewhere in the house. In summary, a great product and really good customer service.”

“The doors we wanted to order were out of stock so we were given an upgrade. Delivery was prompt and everything we needed to install them was included. The doors were unfinished so we stained them to am oak colour of our choice. Instructions to install are comprehensive and easy to follow. The result exceeds our expectations and we would recommend them without hesitation.”

“Bifold doors fitted and very nice. Customer service in showroom and over phone very good, Lead time and delivery very good. Frankly I wish all companies had these standards. Finally, I do not normally write reviews, but you really deserved one. Well done.”

“The service is as advertised with precise delivery options adhered too. We had the doors (bi-fold) fitted by installers who usually install upvc products; they like us, were impressed with the quality, the attention to detail of the components, its accuracy to achieve an assembled product without trimming to fit and a complete fitting package with all screws, trim etc. The finished installation looks good and operates with ease; good value for money and highly recommended.”

“We have not yet fitted the doors to our property in France and so cannot yet comment on their performance. But our dealings with Vufold, from specially opening the showroom for us on a Saturday, informing us of a price reduction, recommending a courier to France and communication throughout has been excellent. We will send Vufold photos of the doors when they are finally installed.”

“I contacted Vufold because French doors purchased 3 years previously - we discovered fitted incorrectly by our builder - had 'failed'. Although I am still upset the doors failed in the way they did and fully accept faults on our part, the remedy was far from 'free of charge'. However, the help, service and care we received was exemplary and the individual involved (Shea) went far 'above and beyond'.”
