“I'm very happy with the Vufold service. Friendly, helpful staff from the first contact over the phone and I was given the option to collect the doors to speed up the availability which I was more than happy to do. Great service, great doors!”

“Great showroom, you must try before you buy such items, as the quality of mechanisms and opening smoothness varies dramatically for each manufacturer (we tried many others !! so be warned). Knowledgeable and helpful staff with great delivery. Would definitely use them again in the future.”

“Very very helpful from receiving the initial sample and right through to getting the product. They were out of stock of the product that we preferred, but tried to accomodate us in every way to help us achieve the end result - which is great. Like so many others our builder said what a great product it was and which he thought cost £2500, but was in fact only £1700. Good job!”

“On the whole we are very pleased with our purchase. After an initial delay in receiving doors due to some miscommunication, which was sorted very efficiently by Amanda, we installed the doors within a day. This was only hamperred by the fact the wrong lock was sent with the doors. This was again sorted quickly and efficiently with little fuss within days. The doors seem very well made with good seals and instructions are reasonably clear. I may have struggled on my own so would recommend someone with building experience to assist to get the best out of the doors. Good quality, good value and good service. Thank you.”

“Good service and communication. Doors are lovely and builder's commented on quality regarding the price and how easy they were to fit (they commented that they have improved since the last ones they installed). One issue we had was one of the weather seal strips wasn't perfect in the originial delivery but I phoned and a replacement was sent out within the week. Really impressed with quality and service and would use again if we needed to source some doors.”

“The doors are of high quality and installed beautifully. We are delighted. Although there was a small bit of damage to one of the original doors Vufold customer service was excellent and delivered a new one the next day. Highly recommended.”

“What a great product, and what absolutely fantastic customer service - I would not hesitate to recommend Vufold to anyone who wants an excellent product and customer service that is second to none. We had some problems with our builders fitting the doors (shoddy work), and Vufold replaced three doors without charge and without a quibble. Louise has been a pleasure to deal with. Well done to you all - if only all companies had the same customer service ethic...”
