“Quality doors and fittings at a very competitive price. Delivery was prompt and the time indicated by the courier was accurate. I would recommend these doors time and time again.”

“Excellent quality door with a few small areas which lack attention to detail. However, this is not the first door that I have purchased from Vufold and will not be the last. I must thank Phil for his assistance when choosing the right door. The customer service he provided was truly exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond and beyond that to provide me with all the information I needed to make sure I had peace of mind with my choice of door. “Easy on line ordering, good communication. Very fast delivery. Haven't had time to fit the doors but if the service so far is anything to go by, the doors will very good.”

“The products are of good quality products & in general the customer service is very good. I have not rated as very good as I felt the 48 hour delivery option is not very flexible if you have to arrange to wait in for delivery. If this was a 24 hour delivery window I would have scored higher.”

“Great quality product and well packaged to avoid damage. The delivery was quick and I was contacted to arrange delivery on a specific morning/afternoon and also received a phone call half an hour before with an eta as I had requested. The delivery team were courteous and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company and would use again myself.”

“I am very happy with the product and easy to buy online option. My only gripe would be the site needs to be clear that pre-order now actually means not in stock. When I raised this via a telephone call the member of staff was rude and used statements "it's pretty obvious what pre-order means if you have a problem do you want a refund" Overall product is very good and would recommend just not so sure about the customer service.”

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience, we are disappointed to hear your mixed feedback as we pride ourselves on giving excellent customer service along with supplying quality products. In this case, the internal doors ordered were made available to ‘pre-order’ online, which means customers can secure stock off an upcoming consignment in the unfortunate event they have fallen out of stock. Apologies if this was not clear on our website and for your experience when querying this with us over the telephone.
