“Customer service is great, online chat is very usefull. My only complaint, and I'm not the first to say this. The door handle and lock etc ... I understand why this is not pre drilled due to the left or right hang. I think this would make the service and product faultless if you asked at the time of order which way the doors are to be hung then provide that door pre drilled/finished for that customer.”

“Happy on all fronts. Quick delivery with a contact on the day to confirm the time. Good product, all arrived in good condition and well packaged. Good instructions and assembly went well with clearly labelled parts. The finished installation is great with smooth operation and good seals. Thankyou Vufold, great doors and service.”

“Sales service was very good and attentive. The delivery unfortunately let us down and wasn't made on the agreed day. The delivery team didn't wait for me to inspect the delivery and were keen to go. Some of the supplied fixings broke upon installation and there was a lot of work to install them that should have been done in the workshop. Some instructions weren't clear. Hinge templates weren't positioned correctly on the doors. Screws for hinges are too close to the edge of the doors. Overall they looks a great product but aren't quick to install and could do with some improvements.”

“The whole experience was easy and slick. From a very easy to use website, to the comprehensive fitting instructions made buying the doors from vuefold simple. I was concerned about buying a set of doors that i had not seen, but we were pleasantly surprised on the quality. I have recommended vuefold already to someone who is going to install bi fold doors.”

“The 6 bi-fold doors we purchased 3 years ago have been fantastic and of excellent quality. Furthermore, the service level from VuFold is 2nd to none as they are highly efficient and helpful in dealing with spare insulators, maintenance accessories etc. Superb service and very easy to deal with.
