“Excellent. So pleased with the doors. Would have preferred wood pellets rather than plastic buttons for screw covers but that's a tiny niggle as you don't really see them unless you look ????”

“All aspects were excellent. Delivery was on time and the product was in perfect condition when it arrived. Instructions were excellent and installation went smoothly, taking two men about two hours. The finished product is impressive, the finish is good and the doors work beautifully. They have been much admired by friends. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to fit bi fold doors, as would my builder.”

“The 2 sets of 3-panel oak veneer doors arrived exactly on the date pre-arranged and agreed with us - thank you. We are now varnishing them in prep'n for fitting by our building contractor. Luckily, we noticed that the doors had a label on them explaining that we had to apply 3 coats of varnish BEFORE fitting! We had not realised this earlier so perhaps it would be good to highlight this on your website as well as on the doors themselves! We called Vufold to ask about the type of varnish and spoke to a very helpful lady who explained the varnish had to be water-based and micro porous - again, we hadn't realised this so perhaps it would be worth adding this also to the website as well as in the information leaflet. We were very pleased that you recommended a specific make (Dulux) of varnish so we have bought this product to ensure that any problems (which we don't anticipate!) would still be covered by your guarantee. We are looking forward to seeing our 2 sets of doors installed. Thank you for excellent service.”

“Negative Received an email indicating the order had been dispatched exactly 14days after we placed the order but had to wait a further week before we received the doors Positive Have just fitted the doors, they look great and so easy to fit Very pleased”

“Delivery was excellent and timely as agreed at order placement. Due to unforeseen circumstances the door had to be stored for a period of several weeks before install. Customer support fully understood. To ensure I had a little more time to check the product a ticket was raised on my behalf. The product was subsequently checked and found to be perfect. Great services. Thanks”

“Excellent value, Our carpenter said they were the best bi-folds he'd ever fitted. Only negative point was that the keys were not very sturdy and bent easily and we have had to have new ones cut, but overall excellent value.”

“From initial phone order to final fitting , everything has proved to be first class , indeed the door quality has exceeded expectations. Small scratch on glass when protective film removed , my fault for not checking 100% at point of delivery.”
